What it will do
- Lead inbox and new-lead alerts through Showcase’s own Zapier or webhook integrations. Showcase’s Zapier triggers poll about every 15 minutes, so alerts through Zapier are not instant.
- Lead lookup and hot leads, using your own Showcase login.
- Saved searches and hot sheets. Showcase documents these only in its dashboard, so how far we can go depends on what Showcase permits.
- 11 WordPress tools in the same connection, so an assistant can draft posts on your own site.

The honest limits
- Showcase’s documented integrations are outbound only. Showcase states that inbound to Showcase IDX is not supported.
- Editing leads, saved searches and hot sheets happens in the Showcase dashboard. We have not verified a supported way to automate it.
- Showcase’s Slack and several CRM integrations are Premium-plan features.
- Creating a lead in Showcase emails that lead, so any write we add will say so first.
