How to set it up.
These steps are summarized from Showcase IDX support: Setup Zapier Integration (Updated January 19, 2024). We checked the page on 2026-10-09. We have not tried them in a customer account, so screens may differ.
Send new Showcase IDX leads to Follow Up Boss with Zapier
You need:
- A Showcase IDX Essentials or Premium plan
- A Zapier account
- At least one lead, even a test lead, to run the Zapier test
- In Zapier, open Apps, click Add Connection, search for Showcase IDX, and log in or choose your website.
- Create a Zap. For the first step choose Showcase IDX as the trigger app and New Lead as the trigger event.
- Follow the prompts to test the connection.
- Choose Follow Up Boss as the action app and set up the action with the lead details you want to send.
- Test the Zap and turn it on.
What to expect: New leads move to Follow Up Boss. The page shows 15-minute updates.
Good to know:
- Showcase IDX says this works outward only. Sending leads from another app into Showcase IDX is not supported.
- Admins' Zaps run for every new lead unless you add a filter on the Assigned To field using the user name exactly as it appears in Showcase IDX.
