How to set it up.

These steps are summarized from Follow Up Boss help: iHomeFinder (not shown on the page). We checked the page on 2026-10-09. We have not tried them in a customer account, so screens may differ.

Send new leads by email

You need:

  • Your Follow Up Boss lead routing email address
  • Access to your iHomefinder Control Panel
  1. In Follow Up Boss, find your own lead routing email address.
  2. In your iHomefinder Control Panel, choose Setup, then Advanced Routing.
  3. Under Other, paste that email address and click Save.
  4. Send a test form on your website and check that the lead shows up in Follow Up Boss.

What to expect: New website leads are emailed into Follow Up Boss. The page says this can take several minutes.

Send new leads with Zapier

You need:

  • A Zapier account
  • Your iHomefinder username and password
  • A Follow Up Boss account
  1. In Zapier, click Create Zap and choose iHomefinder as the trigger app with New Lead as the trigger event.
  2. Connect your iHomefinder account with your username and password.
  3. Choose Follow Up Boss as the action app with Create Contact as the action event.
  4. Match the iHomefinder fields to the Follow Up Boss fields, test the Zap, then publish it.
  5. Another way to start: in the iHomefinder Control Panel choose Setup, then Account, then Integrations, then Zapier, and pick the workflow that creates or updates Follow Up Boss contacts for new leads without triggering action plans.

What to expect: Once published, new iHomefinder leads sync into Follow Up Boss.

Good to know:

  • Only lead information is passed along. Activity from Follow Up Boss does not go back into iHomefinder.
  • Routing a lead to a particular Follow Up Boss user is done inside Follow Up Boss after the lead arrives.
